How to Get All of Your Fruits and Vegetable Nutrition in One Serving

Saturday June 10, 2006
Do you have a difficult time getting 5 to 9 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables every day? One way to ensure you get the nutritional value of fruits and vegetables is to buy powdered "green" drinks that you mix with water. Many of the green drinks taste like you have been chasing a lawnmower with your mouth open. Most greens drinks don't taste so good, even though they are good for you.

However, I recently had the opportunity to try different "green drinks" and I found that Greens First is a great tasting and easy way to get the nutritional value of vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants from a full day's worth of fruits and vegetables in one easy serving. Read my review of Greens First.
