Probiotics are healthful bacteria that will live in our digestive tract and help to keep our gut flora in balance so that we don't suffer with overgrowths of unwanted organisms like Candida. Probiotics are naturally found in foods like yogurt.Many people are already familiar wtih probiotics, but not so familiar with prebiotics. Prebiotics are types of fiber that we can't digest, but the friendly bacteria in our digestive tracts need these prebiotics to stay healthy.
