Quick and Easy Breakfast Tips

Start your morning with a healthy breakfast. I know it's usually a busy time of day and it's not always easy to cook up a whole meal. Fortunately, you don't have to make breakfast complicated -- as long as you get some protein and some fiber, you'll have a good start to a great day.

How can you get protein and fiber combined? Here are some ideas:

  • Oatmeal with low-fat milk
  • Whole grain toast with peanut butter
  • Plain yogurt with fresh berries
  • Hard boiled egg and a bran muffin
