Are you ready for the holidays? Thanksgiving marks the beginning of the "Eating Season" and not everyone wants to think about watching calories and choosing the healthiest foods. Plates of cookies appear out of nowhere and every coffee shop is pushing high-calorie pumpkin, eggnog and gingerbread coffee creations. So, yeah, I get it - you don't want the food police looking over your shoulder. Nutrition may not be at the top of your list this time of year (that's okay - New Years and those resolutions are on the horizon).
