Bacon is probably not your list of healthy foods - and for good reason - it's loaded with saturated fat and various added ingredients. But, there's no denying the aroma and the flavor - people love bacon. Can bacon co-exist with a healthy diet? I think so, as long as you use it as a condiment: Is Bacon Bad for Your Health?
