Energy Drinks and Kids

Energy drinks are soft drinks that are high in caffeine, usually contain lots of sugar and varying amounts of vitamins and herbal products. They're supposed to give you energy and they're popular with teens and young adults. But is regular consumption of energy drinks safe for children and teens? There aren't many studies, so unfortunately, we just don't know if heavy use of energy drinks is safe or not.
