I've tried both diets and I have to say I'm more of a low calorie eater. It's just easier for me to get a balanced diet into a lower calorie frame work. But I know there are both low carb and low fat devotees so I've followed both. I think the hardest part was finding foods that worked both for me and for my family who weren't following the same diet. I got to thinking about foods that are versatile enough to be used for both low fat and low carb diets, and are healthy enough to be eaten on low calorie diets too.

Following a paleo/primal diet has worked wonders (weight loss, general feeling) and seems to make the most sense based on how our bodies have evolved to eat.
Did the low carb diet, but also combined it with biking. Makes me feel good all the time, and now i automatic cood the right things. And healthy food all the time!
