Women, Stress and Weight Gain

Some women lose their appetite when they are feeling stressed out, but according to our About.com Weight Loss Guide, most women tend to eat more when they are stressed. Certain hormones that are released while under stress may decrease your metabolism, which makes it even more difficult to watch your weight.

So what to do? When you are stressed out, pay extra attention to choosing healthy foods instead of junkie comfort foods, and find a way to reduce that stress. Read more about Women Stress and Weight Gain.

There are some great ways to lower your stress level.
My favorite one is meditation, especially with Holosync. It’s very pleasurable, too.
Or just listen to your favorite music :)

It(He,She) is lamentable these things, because a time ago behind wise that the medical services were a problem for many persons and up to the moment they neither find they do not even give any solution, apparently the government forgot what promised and it is now where it is that to there be remembered(reminded), before that is very late, the medical assurance is important for many people, like that they indicate it in findrxonline, the web page that delivers a lot of information about this debate.

I am a true believer that stress causes weight gain. I am a 46 year old woman who works out 4 times a week and I eat right but I can not lose weight and I stay under stress.
