Less Money, More Stress, More Pounds?

eating at workAccording to a recent survey conducted by Careerbuilder.com, many workers are snacking more often at work and gaining the pounds that go along with the extra food. "Weight gain in the office is common and is a result of a variety of issues including today's economic stress and poor eating habits," said Rosemary Haefner, vice president of human resources for CareerBuilder.com.

Snacking at work or after school, doesn't need to be bad for your health or add unwanted pounds. When you choose healthy foods instead of sugary or high-fat foods you can actually improve your health by adding extra phytochemicals and fiber. Just be sure to watch your calories.

I`ve found that just by taking my nutritional supplement during the day has helped relieve stress as well as helped controlled the urge to cramm lots of fats and sweets down my neck as this usually stimulates the pleasure center of the brain and gives a feeling of well being.
