Healthy Foods for Gaining Weight

Since obesity is so common, most of the articles written about weight have to do with weight loss, but some people need to gain weight. Being underweight increases your risk for osteoporosis and can weaken your immune system. Of course, if you need to gain weight, you shouldn't load up on greasy burgers and fries or other high-calorie junk foods. Choose nutritious foods that are higher in calories so you can gain weight and be healthy.
