While three or four servings of green beans at dinner time may not make much of a dent in your daily calorie count, the extra servings of steak or potatoes sure will. Thanks for the article. A good tip that my husband an I practice when we go out to eat is we order one entree and split it. It’s cheaper, just as satisfying and stays within the proper portions. :-)
