Randy Wysong’s newest book,
“Living Life As If Thinking Matters,” has taught me to think before doing, to help me have better control over what I do. I can implement these recipes into my plan- before parties, I plan to serve/eat healthy foods- and will then do it. Thanks for the great recipes. I am planning on serving a few of these at my Christmas party.
I don’t think they are mutually exclusive. It is possible to make food that tastes good and is good for you. I think the holidays are tough for people because they are times when we eat ‘emotionally’. If we can get away from the traditional and integrate healthy and good tasting fare into holiday parties and family get togethers we can work toward better health all year long.
