I AGREE!! Beer is spectacular. If you dont drink beer than god help you
Barbara does present a good point, but when have we never used something like that for an excuse? Beer and wine are good for your health, but to a certain point. It is never wise to overidulge yourself, in anything. Beer has also been proven to enhance womens breast sizes as well, due to a main ingredient in beer, hops.
From what I have learned is that Beer. Is good at moderation. Any over consumption of anything can be harmful to your body. Beer has hops and the xanthohumol found it in helps with fighting and preventing cancers and phytoestrogens which help prevent bone loss. There is also silicone in beer which helps increases bone mineralization making them stronger. And the alcohol is good for thinning your blood again at moderation helping prevent heart attacks and other heart disease. Beer can also help people who tend to have a hard time sleeping… All of this is of course at moderation. Over a limit it all goes to hell the positive becomes not worth it cause the over consumption of alcohol just kills your body and certain organs.
A dark stout happens to be the best beer nutritionally. It helps with digestion and sleep and blood circulation and has a fair amount of vitamins if you have the micro brewed stuff. Just remember to drink in moderation because you can definitely have too much of a good thing!
