I know we don’t get enough fruits and veggies every day. That is why I love to take my Mona Vie. Since I’ve been taking it, I have felt great. And I know that I’m getting a full spectrum of quality nutrition.

For both of my girls (8 & 13) I fix an afternoon snack of fruit and yogurt, killing two birds with one stone. Favorites are a sliced apple with vanilla yogurt and strawberry yogurt with a sliced banana stirred in. It’s so much better for them than chips, cookies, or any other high-sugar or processed snack.

I find that people often get confused about what a “serving size” is. Serving sizes are regulated for packaged foods so that people can compare nutrition facts between similar types of food. This is supposed to help people make more informed decisions about the foods they eat. Thank you for posting the topic.
