Weekend Diet Traps Uh oh. Think about this. Friday afternoon comes to a close. That means an end to the work week and another after-work happy hour signals the beginning of a weekend feeding frenzy. The calories and junk foods add up pretty quickly adding pounds to your body but nut much good nutrition.
Some people eat right all week but ruin their healthy diets on the weekends. Does this sound like you? Here are some tips for avoiding weekend diet traps.
