PB&J
I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Of course, when I was a little kid I would only eat PB&Js made with two slices of white bread, smooth peanut butter and grape jelly. Tasty, but not as healthy as it could be. Learn more about the nutrition of a PB&J and how to make one healthier.Since growing up, I started to appreciate chunky peanut butter or other nut butters like cashew butter or almond butter. The white bread is gone too. I replaced that with whole grain bread. The grape jelly has disappeared and 100-percent fruit spreads have taken its place, but once in a while, I use a spoonful of a nice jalapeņo pepper jelly.

I have always loved peanut butter as a kid and still do. It is definitely a good and nutritional snack to eat.
