Many experts believe that a healthy balanced diet will provide you with all of the nutrients you need. If you go to your local grocery store, pharmacy or big discount store, you will find rows of multivitamins and dietary supplements. Do you think you really need them? Even when eating a healthy diet, it couldn’t hurt to take an occassional multivitamin. I prefer my vitamin in liquid form. It is more absorbable this way.
