Tofu and VegetablesPortion size and calorie amounts can be a little difficult to comprehend, so I made a photo gallery that shows several foods in 300-calorie portions. Look at 300 Calories

I will add more photo galleries in the future with both healthy foods and not-so-healthy foods because I think this can be a great tool for learning about portions and calories.
