Cooking With Garlic

Garlic adds flavor and nutritional benefit to many dishes. Plus, using garlic means you don't need as much salt to your dish. Of course, cloves of garlic are much better than garlic powder in a jar, but you may think using fresh garlic is too much work. Don't let the papery covering scare you off. Learn how to cook with garlic.

Garlic has been used as a medicine for centuries to reduce blood pressure, to remove parasites and contemporary studies show that garlic may reduce cholesterol levels. Garlic is available in supplemental form, but it tastes so good, why not add it to some of your favorite recipes.
