Fruit and Protein Smoothies

I think fruit and protein smoothies are a fun and delicious way to get great nutrition from something that tastes more like a treat. There are so many varieties of fruit and protein smoothies that you can have a different smoothie every day and not get tired of them.

The simplest smoothies blend chunks of fruit with a bit of milk or yogurt. There are also exotic mango smoothies made with protein powder and rich fruity mocha smoothies for those of us who need our chocolate.

If you have never tried a fruit and protein smoothie, start with a few recipes and once you have the basic idea, you can have fun experimenting with any kind of fruits, yogurt, protein powders, fruit powders and even peanut butter.
