Fruit and Protein Smoothies

I think fruit and protein smoothies are a fun and delicious way to get great nutrition from something that tastes more like a treat. There are so many varieties of fruit and protein smoothies that you can have a different smoothie every day and not get tired of them. The simplest smoothies blend chunks of fruit with a bit of milk or yogurt. There are also exotic mango smoothies made with protein powder and rich fruity mocha smoothies for those of us who need our chocolate.
