There are several products available like energy bars and breakfast bars that are better for you.
A recent entry into the convenience food market is the new Quaker Breakfast Cookies. These cookies are fortified with vitamins and minerals, contain less fat than other sweet midmorning snacks and they are a great source of fiber, including soluble fiber that will help to lower cholesterol.
