Dehydration - What a Pain

Drinking enough water is so important any time of the year, and it is especially important during the hot days of summer. We can lose a lot of fluid on hot days or when we are very physically active. Losing fluids without replacing them adequately results in dehydration. Dehydration causes more than thirst. Dehydation also results in pain, fatigue and headaches.
