I think it is hard for most people to determine an “optimum” level of nutrition. There are so many variables and so much literature it is difficult to process and keep current. Realizing this is there software where you can enter your parameters (e.g., age, family history, weight) and your preferences (e.g., a low carb diet); then the program would give you some guidance on your diet, exercise, etc.?
What are some of the better vitamin and mineral supplements?
