Wednesday May 17, 2006
We know that whole grains are good for us. Whole grains are an excellent source of fiber, and people who eat at least three servings of whole grains per day have a decreased risk of heart disease, stroke, some cancers and diabetes. The tough part is getting whole grains into our diet, especially for people whole don't like the taste of whole grains. That is why they created whole-grain white flour hot dog buns and bread. Do these products taste like regular white breads? Read about the whole-grain white buns from Sara Lee.

Poll: Do you like the taste and texture of whole-grain breads?
