Are You Keeping Hydrated as the Weather Warms Up?

As the temperature rises, your body's need for fluid increases. You also need more fluid if you exercise or are physicially active. The best way to be sure to get enough fluid in your body is to drink plenty of fresh water. Why? Not drinking enough water may lead to headaches, as well as dehydration related muscle and back pain.
