Body Mass Index

Wednesday April 26, 2006
Your body mass index, or BMI, is a good indicator of whether you are obese, overweight, at a healthy weight or underweight. I created a body mass index calculator to help you check your BMI. Once you have determined if you need to lose or gain weight, you can use my calorie and nutrient guide which will help you decide on how many calories you need, how many grams of fats, carbs and protein you need, and how many servings from the different food groups you need each day. Check your BMI.
