It can be easy to lose track of all the calories you or your family may be getting from beverages. Sodas and soft drinks can add a lot of calories and no nutritional value. Milk, juice, soy and rice beverages add great nutrition to your daily diet, but you may even need to watch the calories from these healthy drinks.
