How to Find Nutrient Information for Almost Every Food

My favorite tool for determining the nutritional value of food is the USDA's National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference. The program is easy to download and I think it is pretty user friendly. Since many people ask me for information on individual foods and their nutrient values, I decided to write up a step-by-step article on how to use this free program from the USDA.
