A Healthy Holiday

Thanksgiving TurkeyThanksgiving is a wonderful time to sit back and appreciate all the great things that life has to offer, such as our families, our careers, our pets, and many other things. Our day of thanks is often celebrated with lots and lots of food. You can keep your holiday healthy by watching your portion sizes, staying away from seconds, and by making sure you eat plenty of green and colorful vegetables....and don't forget the healthy cranberries.
