An Anti-Inflammatory Diet

Many people suffer from inflammation due to such problems as injuries, arthritis, or inflammatory bowel disorders. Inflammation also has been shown to be a risk factor for chronic diseases like heat disease and strokes. Did you know that the foods you eat can make your inflammation worse?
