Healthy Tailgating

This weekend I had the pleasure to attend a college football game in El Paso, Texas. There were a lot of people "tailgating" before the game. Tailgating is a term that refers to a great party with lots of food and beverages that takes place before, and frequently during and after a football game. The usual cooking method is grilling and the types of food can vary from good for you to not so good for you.
