Vitamin E is an important vitamin and several studies have been done on vitamin E and prevention of cardiovascular diseases and Alzheimer's disease. Vitamin E is also used by women who suffer from cystic breast disease and may help people with circulatory problems. Now, About's Vision Guide, Marion Haddrill tell us that Vitamin E May Prevent Cataracts. Vitamin E is naturally found in nuts, seeds, and oils, or can be taken as a nutritional supplement.
