Soy and Fish Oil May Help Prevent Heart Attacks

It has long been known that fish oil is important for a healthy heart, but it was thought that the effects were more long-term. New research on fish oil and soy oil, which both contain omega 3 essential fatty acids, shows that the benefits may be measured sooner than we thought.
