Mediterranean Diet for a Longer Life

A new study published today in the British Medical Journal tells us that people over the age 60 who followed the Mediterranean diet tended to live longer.

The Mediterranean diet includes lots of vegetables, legumes, fruits, bread, and pasta. The Mediterranean diet also includes a lower intake of meat, but a higher intake of fish. Read more about the Mediterranean Diet Study.
