Several years ago the United States Department of Agriculture created the Food Pyramid to help us understand how many servings of the different food groups we need to stay healthy. This Food Pyramid can be a valuable tool for you to use to help you follow a healthy diet, but did you know there are other food pyramids?

Explore the USDA Food Pyramid and compare it to the food pyramids from Harvard School of Public Health and from the University of Michigan Medical School.
