Another Reason To Avoid Fast Foods

About's Women's Health Guide, Tracee Cornforth, tells us that teenagers who frequently eat fast foods tend to gain more weight than teenagers who don't. About's Low Carb Guide, Larrian Gillespie, points out that eating fast foods may increase your risk for diabetes.

Still not sure how fattening those fast food meals are? Check out some of my restaurant meal ratings. Fast foods are usually high in fat and low in nutrition, but there some alternatives available. If you are stuck at a fast food restaurant, choose salads over those big, greasy burgers and fries.
