More Bad News For Women On HRT

A new U.S. study shows that synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT) may lead to blood clots. University of Vermont physician Mary Cushman, led the study that appears in the Journal of the American Medical Association.

This follows earlier studies that show an increased risk of breast cancer and stroke in women who take long term HRT.

Women who don't want to follow these synthetic hormone replacement therapies may find some relief with natural therapies and good nutrition.
