Do You Drink Enough Water?

Not drinking enough water is a common cause of muscle pain, fatigue, and headaches. Many people are not sufficiently hydrated because they do not drink enough water, or drink too much coffee, alcohol, and/or sugary sodas. Here is my article on drinking water and why it is so important.
